Track applications. Move each one through six stages: Sourced, Applied, Interviewing, Offer, Unsuccessful and Ghosted. Each record keeps its history, notes and next action.
Add applications from where they already live. Paste a job description or a job link, import a spreadsheet, PDF or Google Sheet, or add details yourself. You can also connect your email so Kattia finds applications for you. Email connection is a Growth feature, and every account has Growth today.
Prepare in one place. Keep resumes, cover letters, stories, interview notes and application feedback in My library.
See the whole search. The Calendar shows interview and follow-up dates. Flow and Analytics show where applications move and where they stall.
Who Kattia is for
Kattia is for professionals running several applications at once, including engineers, product managers, designers and operators. It is single-user by design. There are no teams, shared inboxes or recruiter features.
