The Calendar, Flow, Analytics and My library support the work you do there.
The Pipeline
Select Pipeline in the sidebar to open your main workspace. It shows your applications in stages:
Sourced for roles you are considering
Applied for submitted applications
Interviewing for active conversations
Offer for roles that reached an offer
Unsuccessful for applications the employer closed
Ghosted for applications with no response after follow-ups
Unsuccessful and Ghosted are the closed columns. They collapse to a narrow strip on the board. To expand them, select View, then Show closed columns.
Each card is one application. On the board, drag a card to move it between stages. Select a card to open its details, which have these tabs: Overview, Company, Timeline & Interviews, Prep and Attachments.
In the Pipeline header:
Filter narrows the cards you see to Overdue, Due this week, Stalled or Interviewing applications.
View switches between Board and List, and shows or hides the closed columns.
