It covers your account, suggested roles, your connected inbox, notifications, privacy and appearance.
Open Settings
On a computer: open the account menu (your photo or initials) and select Settings.
From the keyboard: press
Cmd + ,on a Mac orCtrl + ,on Windows. You can also pressCmd + KorCtrl + Kand choose Settings.On a phone: open More, then select Settings.
What is on the Settings page
The page lists five sections and an appearance control:
Account. Your photo, name, account details, security, billing, sign out, data export and account deletion.
Suggested roles. Turn suggested roles on or off, and choose whether suggestions use your applications. This section also holds Your corrections. See "Your corrections" below.
Connected inbox. Connect or disconnect your email, and choose how much Kattia does on its own. See Connect or disconnect your email.
Notifications. Turn Follow-up reminders and Tips and updates emails on or off.
Privacy. Turn Help improve Kattia on or off. It is off unless you turn it on. Analytics cookies is the same choice as the cookie banner.
Appearance. Choose System, Light or Dark. This setting is saved on this browser only.
Settings save as soon as you change them. There is no Save button.
Account
Settings › Account shows:
Photo and full name. Your name saves when you leave the field, press Enter or stop typing.
Account details. Your email, how you signed in, when you joined, your plan, your subscription status, your AI usage and how many applications and pipeline updates Kattia has added for you.
Security. Your password. Two-factor authentication isn't available yet. See Update your profile and sign-in details.
Billing. Kattia costs nothing to use today, so this row shows Billing portal unavailable. Contact support if you have a billing question.
Sign out.
Export your data. Select Download data to get a JSON copy of your profile, applications and related content. To export your pipeline as a CSV file, select Export pipeline CSV in the account menu.
Delete account. See "Delete your account" below.
Your corrections
When you mark a suggested role Not interested, Kattia offers to show fewer roles like it or to hide the company. Those choices appear in Settings › Suggested roles › Your corrections:
Select Remove next to a signal to stop using it. You can undo this from the message that appears.
Select View next to Hidden companies to see the companies you hid and remove any of them.
Select Reset corrections… to clear every signal. Hidden companies stay hidden unless you also select Also show hidden companies again. Then select Reset.
Delete your account
Open Settings › Account and go to Delete account.
Select Delete account….
Type your email address to confirm.
Select Schedule deletion in 30 days.
Kattia schedules permanent deletion of your profile, pipeline, interview notes, calendar and inbox sync data. You have 30 days to change your mind. While deletion is scheduled, you can keep using Kattia. To cancel, sign in, open Settings › Account and select Cancel deletion.
Export your data first if you want a copy.
