The core idea
Most job seekers track applications in spreadsheets, notes apps or not at all. Recruiters use applicant tracking and CRM tools to manage candidates. Kattia brings that same structure to the candidate side: one pipeline, a next action on every record, and context that builds over time.
What you get
A pipeline. Track each application through Sourced, Applied, Interviewing, Offer, Unsuccessful and Ghosted.
Next actions. Follow-up dates and interview dates appear on your Calendar and on each record.
Context that builds. Resumes, cover letters, stories, interview notes and application feedback live in My library and connect to your applications.
Several ways to add applications. Paste a job description or a job link, import a spreadsheet, PDF or Google Sheet, add details yourself, or connect your email. Email connection is a Growth feature, and every account has Growth today.
Suggested roles. Kattia organises your job applications and can suggest openings from employers' public job boards and a job-search data provider. You can hide Suggested roles in Settings.
What Kattia is not
Not an applicant tracking system or a recruiter tool
Not a general workspace you have to build yourself
Not a team product. Kattia is single-user, with no shared access or collaboration features
Who it is for
Professionals running several applications at once, including engineers, product managers, designers and operators, and anyone who has outgrown a spreadsheet, a notes app and inbox search.
