If we introduce paid plans or change our prices, we'll tell you well before anything changes.
Kattia has two plans: Free and Growth. This article explains what each plan includes. While every account has Growth, the Free limits below don't apply to anyone.
What every plan includes
Your whole pipeline. You can view every application you have added.
Manual entry. Select Add details yourself to enter a company, a role and a stage.
Imports. Add applications from pasted job descriptions, job links, PDF job postings, CSV and Excel files, and Google Sheets links.
Pipeline tools. Stages, follow-ups, interview notes and each application's timeline.
Your data. Export your pipeline as a CSV file, download a copy of your data, or delete your account.
What Free includes
Editing: your 10 most recently added applications. You can still view all of them.
Job links: up to 10 in any 24 hours.
Job links inside a spreadsheet import: Kattia fetches up to 3 links per import, and up to 10 in any 24 hours.
Free doesn't include connected email, the tools on the Prep tab or company enrichment.
What Growth includes
Growth includes everything in Free, with higher limits and more tools:
Editing: every application. There is no edit limit.
Job links: up to 30 in any 24 hours. See How do I add an application from a job link?.

Connected email. Kattia finds applications and updates in your job-related emails and calendar events. See Connect or disconnect your email.
Prep tools. Each application's Prep tab has Interview questions, Prep focus, Resume vs Role Assessment and Check story coverage.
Company enrichment. Select Enrich company on an application's Company tab for background on the company.

How the Free edit limit works
On Free, you can edit your 10 most recently added applications. Older applications are read-only: you can still view them and delete them, but you can't change them. When an account on Free has 10 applications, Kattia asks you to delete one before you add another. Imports add only as many applications as there is room for.
Check your plan
Open your account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, select Settings, then Account. On a phone, select More, then Settings. The Plan row shows your plan. Today it shows Growth, and the Subscription row shows Growth access enabled. Your plan also appears in the badge next to the Kattia logo at the top of the sidebar.
