You can also paste job descriptions and Google Sheets links. Email connection is a Growth feature, and every account has Growth today.

Select + Add application to open the New application dialog. Paste into the box, or drop files into the dashed area under it. The dialog detects what you pasted and shows a hint such as "Google Sheet detected" or "Spreadsheet data detected".

CSV and Excel files (.csv, .xlsx, .xlsm). Drop a spreadsheet and Kattia maps your columns. Each row needs a company and a role. Kattia recognises other common columns, such as status, source, notes and job links. Kattia reads the first sheet of an Excel file. If you have an older .xls file, save it as .xlsx or CSV first.

PDF job postings. Drop a PDF of a job description. Each PDF becomes one application, with the company, role and key details read from the text.

Pasted job descriptions and spreadsheet rows. Paste the text into the box. Kattia reads a job description into an application, or maps pasted rows with a header line.

Google Sheets. Paste the sheet's link. The sheet must be set to "Anyone with the link can view". Kattia reads the tab your link points to, or the first tab if the link names none, like a CSV.

Job links. Paste one or more links to job postings. Kattia fetches each page and creates an application. You can import up to 30 job links in any 24 hours on Growth, which every account has today, and 10 on Free. If Kattia cannot read a page, it offers Add it yourself instead. You can also paste the job description into the box.

Email sync. Connect your email in Settings › Connected inbox. Kattia finds applications in your job-related emails and calendar events. This is a connection, not a file import. Email connection is a Growth feature, and every account has Growth today.
