It works on both plans.
What you need
A link to a public job posting.
Any plan. Free and Growth both include job links, with a different daily limit on each.
Add applications from links
Select + Add application at the top of the page. On a phone, select the + button. On an empty board, you can select Paste job links instead.
In the New application window, paste one link, or several links separated by spaces or new lines. Kattia shows how many links it found, for example "1 job link detected".
Select Add application.
If you paste three or more links, Kattia asks you to confirm before it starts. Select Import. One paste takes up to 60 links.
With one link, the new card appears on your board. With several, Kattia lists them in an Applications added window, where you can change each stage. Select Done to close it.
What Kattia saves
For each link, Kattia adds an application with:
the company and the role
the job description, plus any company details it finds (such as benefits, working model and hiring process), in the application's notes
the job link, so you can open the posting from the application
the stage Applied, or the stage whose + button you used to open the window
Tracking codes in links
Kattia removes common tracking parameters from a link before it reads the page, such as those that start with utm_ and the ref, referrer, source and src parameters.
Duplicates
If a link matches an application you already have, by the same link or the same company and role, Kattia opens that application instead of adding a second one.
Daily limit
Free allows 10 job links in any rolling 24 hours, and Growth allows 30. Today every account has Growth, so the limit is 30. Every link Kattia tries counts towards the limit, including links that fail or that match an application you already have.
If you reach the limit, Kattia stops and shows "Daily URL import limit reached. Try again later." Applications it already added stay on your board. Wait, or use one of these:
Import your applications from a spreadsheet. See How do I import a CSV or Excel file?.
Paste the job description instead of the link.
Select Add details yourself to enter the company and role by hand.
If a link doesn't work
Some pages can't be read, for example pages that need you to sign in, pages that block automated reading, and pages that load the job description after the page opens. When that happens, Kattia shows a message such as "Couldn't read that job page. Paste the posting text instead."
Try one of these:
Paste the job description into the same box, below the link, and select Add application. If Kattia asks you to confirm, select Add application again. With a single link, Kattia uses your text instead of reading the page.
Select Add it yourself instead to enter the company and role by hand. Kattia keeps the link with the application.
