Kattia can read many job pages but not all of them. This article explains why a link fails and how to add the application anyway.
Add the application without the link
These work whatever the reason, and on both plans:
Paste the job description. Copy the text of the posting into the box in New application, with or without the link, and select Add application. If Kattia asks you to confirm, select Add application again. Kattia builds the application from the text and adds the card to your board.
Add the details yourself. Select Add details yourself (or Add it yourself instead after an error), then enter the company, role and stage. After an error, Kattia keeps the link with the application.
Save the posting as a PDF. Drop the PDF on the window.
You open the window with + Add application at the top of the page, or the + button on a phone.
Why a link fails
Kattia shows one of these messages. With a single link, the message starts with the site's name.

Check the link in a private window
Open the link in a private or incognito window. If the job isn't visible without signing in, Kattia can't read it either.
Daily limit on job links
You can import up to 10 job links in any rolling 24 hours on Free, and up to 30 on Growth. Today every account has Growth, so the limit is 30. Every link Kattia tries counts, including links that fail. After that, Kattia shows "Daily URL import limit reached. Try again later." You can paste up to 60 links at once, so space large lists across more than one day.
Network problems
If your connection drops during an import, Kattia shows that the link couldn't be imported. Check your connection, then paste the link and select Add application again. Links that already worked stay on your board.
