Change your name
Open Settings › Account.
Edit Full name.
Press Enter, select another field or stop typing.
Kattia saves the name on its own. "Saved at" and the time appear under the field. If the save fails, Kattia keeps what you typed and shows Try again.
Change your photo
Open Settings › Account.
Select Upload photo and choose a JPG, PNG or WebP image under 3 MB.
The photo saves as soon as it uploads. To remove it, select Remove photo.
Your email address and sign-in method
Your email address appears under Email on the Account page. It is the address you sign in with. Settings does not offer a way to change it.
The Signed in via row shows how you sign in: Email for an email and password, or Google.
Change your target role, location or resume
These details are not on the Account page:
Target role and location: on Pipeline, open Suggested roles and select Edit next to the "Based on" line.
Resumes: open My library › Resumes. See Managing your resumes.
Reset your password
If you sign in with an email and password:
Open Settings › Account and go to Security.
Under Password, select Email password reset link. "Reset link sent. Check your inbox." appears.
Open the email that Kattia sends to your address and follow the link.
Enter a New password, enter it again in Confirm password, then select Update password.
If you sign in with Google, the Password section reads "Managed by Google". Change your password with Google, not Kattia.
Two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication is not available yet. Under Two-factor authentication (2FA), the Security section shows Not set up and says it isn't available yet.
